Hot Wax Associates Ltd have been supplying services and products to corporate hospitality companies, event organisers, catering companies and direct to clients now for 14 years.

As our clients have expanded into new areas and new venues, we have Click to enlargeexpanded with them. We have designed a number of structured packages incorporating discotheques, ambient, effect and promotional lighting, special effects, staging, theming, event specific support services and logistics.
We now have a very comprehensive portfolio of corporate clients, with venues ranging from hotels to private residences, from Cornwall to Yorkshire.

We have a number of competitively priced packages to suit specific requirements, any event requiring services and products not covered by our standard packages can be quoted for individually.

Standard discotheque packages
Standard discotheque packages with audio reinforcement (allowing for the use of microphones in an adjacent area to the discotheque area)
Deluxe discotheque packages
Deluxe night-club discotheque packages
Standard public address packages (which may include up to four loudspeakers, amplification, lead Click to enlargeor radio microphones with stands)
Standard public address packages with the provision for audio playback (for background music and allowing for the use of microphones in areas away from the discotheque area)
Standard ambient lighting packages (which may include floor mounted static par type lanterns in white and/or using colour, ultra violet light, and definition pin spotting of tables and features
Venue and event specific lighting for effect and promotional use
